Ingredients

  • 3 cups glutinous rice flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups coconut milk (1 can)
  • 1 can (14oz) condensed milk
  • 1 tsp ube flavor extract
  • 1 tsp langka flavor extract
Step by Step

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, continue to whisk until the texture becomes smooth. (strain the mixture)
  2. Divide batter into three (3), add the flavoring. Ube & Langka
  3. Pour the Ube mixture in the pan, steam for 10mins, gently pour the langka batter over the purple layer and steam for about 10mins.  Then last the plain batter over the yellow layer. Steam for about 10mins.
  4. Brush top and sides of sapin-sapin with coconut oil (from making latik), and top with latik.
