What You'll Need
Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup White sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 pcs Whole eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cup grated carrots.
- 1tbso Vanilla flavoring (optional)
Step by Step
Instructions
- Prepare 8×3 inches baking pan, and line with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour cinnamon powder and baking soda and mix.
- Preheat oven to 160°c
- Add eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
- Then add grated carrot until mixture become watery.
- Pour mixture in your prepared baking pan.
- Bake at 150°c for about 30 minutes or until carrot cake becomes golden brown. Best recommended to follow the 15 minutes, +10, 10 methods.
- Let the carrot cake cool down before coating it cream cheese frosting.
