What You'll Need

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour 
  • 1 cup White sugar 
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder 
  • 2 pcs Whole eggs 
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil 
  • 1 1/2 cup grated carrots.
  • 1tbso Vanilla flavoring (optional) 
Step by Step

Instructions

  1.  Prepare 8×3 inches baking pan, and line with parchment paper. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour cinnamon powder and baking soda and mix. 
  3. Preheat oven to 160°c 
  4. Add eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla and mix thoroughly. 
  5. Then add grated carrot until mixture become watery. 
  6. Pour mixture in your prepared baking pan. 
  7. Bake at 150°c for about 30 minutes or until carrot cake becomes golden brown. Best recommended to follow the 15 minutes, +10, 10 methods. 
  8. Let the carrot cake cool down before coating it cream cheese frosting.
